SHORT BIO

Hoai Minh Le received his PhD in Computer Science from University Paul-Verlaine-Metz, France in 2007 and his Habilitation in 2022 from University of Lorraine, France. He worked LITA (Laboratory of Theoretical and Applied Computer Science), University of Lorraine, France; at University of Le Havre; at Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine; at Computer Science and Applications Department, LGIPM, University of Lorraine, France and at Laboratoire de Conception, Optimisation et Modélisation des Systèmes, University of Lorraine, France. From 2017 to 2022, he was Associate Professor and since 2022 he is Full Professor in Computer Science at University of Lorraine, France. His research interests include non-convex optimization and its applications in industrial systems, with a focus on Machine Learning and AI. He is author/co-author of more than 40 journal articles, international conference papers and book chapters, co-editor of 3 international conference proceedings. He participates in several industrial projects with big companies in France such as RTE (the manager of the public electricity network of France) or Naval Group (the leader European in naval defense).

      • Supervised classification/unsupervised/semi-supervised classification.
      • Features selection/Weghting features.
      • Deep learning
   3. Modelling and numerical method for industrial problems: energy management, marketing, maintenant predictive.
